The Red Tower is located in the southern section of the Buried City, within the Old Town area. The structure is tall, unmistakable, and visible from a distance, making it one of the easier landmarks to ARC Raiders BluePrints navigate toward.
This area is generally considered relatively safe, but it isn't completely risk-free. Raiders occasionally move through the area, especially if they're checking for a Security Breach in a room beneath the tower. Stay alert as you approach, and avoid lingering in the open if you hear movement nearby.
Once you reach the base of the Red Tower, the quest will update and prompt you to locate a missing battery cell.
Find the Missing Battery Cell
The battery cell you're looking for is located outside the Red Tower, on its east side. Move around the structure until you spot a small utility setup near the ground.
You'll find a box sitting beside a small structure. Interact with this box, and it will drop the missing battery cell onto the ground. Pick it up to advance the quest.
With the battery cell secured, your next task is to install it in a nearby generator.
Install the Battery Cell in the Generator
From the battery cell's location, turn around 180 degrees. You should immediately see a yellow generator box just a few steps away. The generator is hard to miss thanks to its bright color and glowing interaction slot.
Approach the generator and place the battery cell into the glowing blue slot. Once installed, the generator won't activate automatically-you'll need to manually turn it on.
Enable the Power on the Generator
To power up the generator, interact with the prompt on its side. This action restores electricity to the system and unlocks the final step of the quest.
Once the generator is running, the objective updates, instructing you to boot the antenna terminal near the Red Tower.
