This applies to all wig units, hair products, services, and digital or physical purchases.

Sincerely VK Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

MAKEUP CLASS POLICY (1-ON-1)

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your class.

Due to high demand and the amount of time blocked off:

  • Classes cannot be rescheduled for any reason

  • If you cannot make your appointment, you must cancel

  • Your deposit will be lost

  • To book again, you will need to pay a new deposit

Please make sure you are fully available on the day you book before securing your appointment.

HAIR APPOINTMENT POLICY

All clients must arrive with hair fully braided down.
Sincerely VK does not offer braid-down services.

Install services are for clients who are comfortable with Sincerely VK continuously practicing and perfecting advanced techniques while still receiving a quality experience.

WIG PREP POLICY

All wigs must be dropped off at least 3 days prior to your appointment.

This allows time for proper customization, including:

  • Knot bleaching

  • Plucking

  • Styling/prep

Failure to drop off your wig on time may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Deposits will still be forfeited.
